Black-Bellied Whistling Duck Bird Crush Club Cross Stitch Pattern #2

A PATTERN SERIES CELEBRATING LIFE'S FINEST THINGS:  CROSS STITCH & BIRDS!

Come join me and bird-loving photographer Chris Gilbert on a wonderful stitchy adventure all about birds!  This crush is the adorable and sweet Black-Bellied Whistling Duck!  Look at those legs!

▶PATTERN INFORMATION

STITCH COUNT: 83 wide x 89 tall
SIZE on 32 count linen or 16 count aida: 5.4 inch circle
FABRIC:  The model was stitched on 32 count Mediterranean Sea linen by Wichelt.  Unfortunately the color in linen is now discontinued.  We do have some of the 16 count aida in this color.  We've found a good substitute if you'd like the same shade -- 32 count Slate Blue Lugana.  Feel free to use any 32 count linen or lugana or 16 count aida in any green or blue, though!  
FLOSS: Threadworx & DMC.  DMC conversion provided.

FLOSS CALLED FOR:  Threadworx Rustic Red #010422, DMC 08, 310, 603, 605, 644, 712, 827, 838, 3064, 3782, 3790, 3819, 3863.

Each pattern has several add-on options (while supplies last):

1. A professionally produced cross stitch pattern featuring Chris' fantastic photo of the species on one side and my cross stitch model on the other side.  Inside is your easy-to-read pattern!  Each pattern will be the same format -- able to fit into a 6 inch circle.  Charted in all DMC with one cotton overdyed that you'll also receive.
2. A glossy species postcard -- added free while supplies last -- featuring one of Chris' photos on the front and his personal field notes on the species on the back so you can learn more about your crush.  These are so pretty you could frame it if you wanted!
3. One skein of overdyed cotton floss that is charted in the pattern.
4. 1-3 complimentary stickers will be added to all physical orders ONLY WHILE SUPPLIES LAST
